First work posted here!

Aprox. 12in x 12in #2 Pencil on paper. Portrait of my wife Jenn based off a photo taken while she was playing Halo 3.

Too big to scan so had to take a photo and touch it up in photoshop. Took about 3 hours from start to finish.

The highlights on the skin and skin texture are good. the darkest areas, the eyelashes, shadow on the lips need to be lighter and some more work on shading on the edge of the face and neck would be good. Eyes are very realistic.

Nice work. Some of that darks seem to be to sharp in contrast with the rest of the shading. Looks great though!

With 10 gamers in the family, I would recognize that Halo gaze anywhere. Spot on! I like the shading in the hair.
